What if it can’t be fixed on site ?

Some problems do require a bit more time.For instance severe virus infections may require a full data backup, reformat and reinstall operating system and data restoration. Hard drive failures also require more time as the operating system and drivers will have to be installed from scratch. These repairs can be more economically repaired in our workshop where our techs can multitask and monitor an install or virus scan while getting on with other repairs If your repair falls in to this category you will be given a firm repair price before we take your system back to our workshop.
